1. Accepting these terms

By visiting teeshit.com, browsing our pages, joining the newsletter, adding items to a cart, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree to any part of these terms, please don't use the site.

2. Who can use the site

Teeshit is intended for an audience aged 18 or older. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the country or region where you live. We reserve the right to refuse service, decline orders, or close accounts that we reasonably believe are operated by minors or on behalf of minors.

3. Your account

You don't need an account to browse, and a Shopify-managed account is only created at checkout if you choose to create one. If you do create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us as soon as you can if you think your account has been compromised.

4. Products, prices, availability

Teeshit sells clothing and accessories in numbered "drops" — small, limited production runs that are not restocked when they sell out.

• We try to describe products accurately, but on-screen colours and dimensions can vary by device. Photographs are illustrative, not exact.
• All prices are shown in [CURRENCY — e.g. US Dollars] and exclude shipping, customs duties, and applicable taxes unless we specifically say otherwise.
• We may correct pricing errors, withdraw products at any time, and limit quantities sold per customer to keep drops fair.

5. Orders and payment

An order placed on our site is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you an order-confirmation email and charge your payment method. If we can't fulfil an order (out of stock, payment declined, suspected fraud, shipping restriction, pricing error), we'll let you know and refund anything you paid.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the third-party processors Shopify connects to (such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We don't store full card numbers on our servers. By placing an order you authorise the relevant processor to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including shipping and tax.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you when the courier delivers the package to the address you provided. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or addresses you typed incorrectly.

7. Returns and refunds

You can return unworn items with tags within the window described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. That policy is incorporated into these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Teeshit name, the "Build from mood swings" slogan, the logo, the website copy, photographs, illustrations, garment graphics, the source code, and the overall look and feel are all owned by Teeshit or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view, share and link to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, scrape, train models on, or create derivative works from any part of the site or our products without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or harmful to other users. Don't attempt to break in, probe vulnerabilities, deploy bots that disrupt normal use, or resell our products at scale without permission. We may suspend access at any time if we reasonably suspect misuse.

10. Disclaimers

The site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Statutory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country are not affected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teeshit, its directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Teeshit and its team harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or products.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. England and Wales / the State of California / the Province of Ontario], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the courts located in [CITY, COUNTRY], except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify newsletter subscribers. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
